Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your consultation, we may need to reschedule your appointment. All consultations are confidential and conducted in alignment with our commitment to privacy and respect for our clients. After your consultation, you will receive a personalized recommendation for the next steps, including suitable service packages tailored to your needs within 72 business hours (Monday-Friday).
