Kwan is a Somatic Practitioner and a Board Certified Health Coach focused on mind-body alignment. Finding alignment brings peace, clarity, strength, and dispels inner turmoil. She empowers clients to find alignment by exploring the connection between their thoughts, emotions, intuition, and lived experiences. Kwan is inquisitive by nature. She is gentle, holding space for clients to go inward. Her values are rooted in agency, skill building, and connection to self. 

Kwan will help you learn to listen to your body with curiosity, attuning yourself to its needs and responding to it with compassion.

Kwan is certified as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner (ISTT). Her coaching training and education is informed by The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in collaboration with The Institute for Functional Medicine. Kwan is well versed in the foundations of functional medicine and integrative approaches to physical well-being. Her areas of interest include gut health, autoimmunity, chronic pain, women’s health, and postpartum recovery.
