Demetra Cargar has a Masters in Social Work and uses her skillset and experience that she has acquired over the past nine years to help you. She has worked with individuals who have had difficulties with life stressors, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other areas of concern. Through a person- centered approach, she thrives in helping people address their barriers and cope in areas of concern. Utilizing a combination of evidence based techniques such as motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, and behavioral activation, her goal is to collaborate with you to achieve the best outcome.
